Pear-shaped Croissant brushed w/ Amaretto syrup  ––  Pear compote ––  Hojicha ice cream –– Dulcey whipped ganache  ––  Ginger caramel  ––  Brown butter crumble  ––  Honey Tuile.

LUNE LAB requires a prepaid reservation for parties of 1 to 8. Booking is essential. Gift vouchers are unable to be redeemed for Lune Lab tickets. Please ensure prior to checking out that you have selected the correct venue location (MELB or BRIS). We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect bookings.
